Patricia S. Laude
VICE PRESIDENT
Mrs. Laude is the Vice President and Secretary Treasurer of
Integrated Security Solutions, Inc, and has more than 25 years
experience with the US Government. Mrs. Laude has extensive
management experience as a program analyst with the Department
of Navy evaluating the effectiveness, productivity, efficiency
and management of government programs and operations within
numerous Federal agencies. Responsibilities include knowledge
of: the substantive nature of agency programs and activities;
agency missions, policies, and objectives; management principles
and processes; and the analytical and evaluative methods and
techniques for assessing program development or execution and
improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Additional duties require an understanding of basic budgetary
and financial management principles and techniques as they
relate to long range planning of programs and objectives. The
work requires skill in: application of fact-finding and
investigative techniques; oral and written communications; and
development of presentations and reports.
Since the inception of Integrated Security Solutions, Inc, Mrs.
Laude as co-owner has been exposed to the security industry and
has broadened her skills in the arena of design, installation,
and management of security and life safety systems. Mrs. Laude
now has direct experience from her exposure of submittals of the
ESS projects that Integrated Security Solutions, Inc. has
completed to date. These submittals include a broad range of the
Contract Data Requirements Listings (CDRL’s) that include
testing procedures, testing and survey reports, maintenance and
operator’s manuals, lesson plans and various other submittals
